We loved thevery comfy and tidy room during our family stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the seafront and tower. Craig was super helpful, guiding us to nearby parking .

The location was fantastic, ideal for exploring nearby shops and amenities. The breakfast offered was good, with high-quality products served on hot plates. Craig, our host, displayed really good friendliness and promptly addressed any needs we had, including arranging transportation without being asked. The kettle in our room malfunctioned, but it was replaced immediately, showing attentiveness. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall experience was enjoyable, withnice and neat rooms throughout our two-night stay.

On the downside, the TV didn't work and repairs were promised but not fulfilled. Bedding felt lumpy and questionable on cleanliness, while I noticed a fair amount of dust in the window areas. The service from Craig was really good. He. The breakfast was a delight, piping hot and prepared perfectly every morning.
The room itself left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
